Clients can connect their WellnessLiving profiles to their Facebook, Twitter, Google, and Microsoft accounts.
- When connected to Facebook, clients can sign in to the Client Web App or the Achieve Client App using their Facebook account.
- When connected to Twitter, clients can sign in to the Client Web App using their Twitter account and share their bookings or purchases on Twitter.
- When connected to Google, clients can sign in to the Achieve Client App using their Google account and sync their WellnessLiving schedule to their Google Calendar across all their devices.
- When connected to Microsoft, clients can sign in to the Client Web App or Achieve Client App using their Microsoft account and sync their WellnessLiving schedule to their Outlook Calendar.
- The Microsoft Outlook integration can only be used with personal Microsoft accounts. If clients want to connect their organizational Microsoft accounts, they must contact WellnessLiving Support for further assistance.

Notes
- Each social media account can only be linked to one WellnessLiving profile. Attempting to link a social media account with multiple WellnessLiving profiles will result in an error.
- You can sync your Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar from the Client Web App.
- You can only sync your Apple Calendar from the Achieve Client App. For more information, see To sync your schedule with your Apple Calendar on Achieve Client App: Settings.
- If an error message appears when attempting to connect to your Google account, you’ll need to change your Google security settings to allow access to less secure apps. For more information, see Google Support.
In this article:
To connect a client’s social media account:
- Click My Profile.
- Under SOCIAL CONNECTIONS, choose the social media platform that you want to connect to:
- To connect your Google account:
- Click Google.
- If you haven’t signed in to Google:
- Enter your Google email. Then, click Next.
- Enter your password. Then, click Next.
- If you’re already signed in to Google, select the account that should be associated with your WellnessLiving account.
- If you haven’t signed in to Google:
- Click Allow. Your Google and WellnessLiving accounts are connected. You can now use your Google account to sign in to WellnessLiving, and your WellnessLiving schedule now syncs with your Google Calendar.
- Click Google.
- To connect your Twitter account:
- Click Twitter. If you haven’t signed in to Twitter, enter your Twitter credentials in the appropriate fields.
- Click Authorize App. Your Twitter and WellnessLiving accounts are connected. You can now use your Twitter account to sign in to WellnessLiving.
- To connect your Facebook account:
- Click Facebook. If you haven’t signed in to Facebook, enter your Facebook credentials in the appropriate fields. Then, click Log in.
- Click Continue as [your name]. Your Facebook and WellnessLiving accounts are connected, and you can now use your Facebook account to sign in to WellnessLiving.
- To connect your Microsoft account:
- Click Microsoft.
- If you haven’t signed in to Microsoft:
- Enter your email address. Then, click Next
- Enter your password. Then, click Next.
- If you’re already signed in to Microsoft, select the account you want to connect to your WellnessLiving account.
- If you haven’t signed in to Microsoft:
- Click Allow. Your Microsoft and WellnessLiving accounts are connected. You can now use your Microsoft account to sign in to WellnessLiving, and your WellnessLiving schedule now syncs both ways with your Outlook Calendar.
- Click Microsoft.
- To connect your Google account:
To disconnect a client’s social media account:
- Click My Profile.
- Under SOCIAL CONNECTIONS, click the name of the social media platform that you want to disconnect from. Connected social media accounts are highlighted in blue.
- In the confirmation popup, click OK.
