Client Web App: Discount codes

Clients can use a discount code when purchasing products, packages, Purchase Options, or gift cards from the store. Clients can also apply a discount code when booking a service, if they are buying a new Purchase Option to pay for the booking.

Discount codes are applied differently based on what the client is doing:

  • When making a purchase in the store, clients can add their code after they have finished adding items to their cart, before proceeding to checkout.

    NoteWhen using the online store, a discount code can be applied to a maximum of 128 items upon checkout.
  • When booking a class or an event, clients can enter their code when reviewing the contents of their cart, before entering their billing information.

  • When booking an appointment, clients can enter their code on the Checkout screen, after entering their billing information.
