Using the Client Web App, clients can create a profile for a family member which will be linked to their account. Family members can view each other’s profiles and schedules, modify each other’s profile details, book services for each other, add to each other’s account balances, and one family member can choose to be responsible for the payment of the other family member’s transactions.
NoteIf a client has a negative account balance before their account is linked to one or more family members, the client’s account balance cannot be added to by their family member(s) until the amount owed is settled.

To add a family member:
- In the top menu, click My Profile.
- Click the Add family member button
.
- Select who will be paying for all the family member’s transactions from the All transactions for this account paid by list.
- Select the family member’s relationship with the client from the This client is a [relationship] of [client name] list.
- Enter the family member’s information in the required fields. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk.
- Click CREATE ACCOUNT.
To view a family member’s profile:
- In the top menu, click My Profile.
- On the My Profile page, click the family member whose profile you want to view.
- Select the tab you want to view (Overview, Activity, Profile Details, Passes & Memberships, Billing, Waiver, Contracts, Rewards).
To modify a family member’s profile details:
- In the top menu, click My Profile.
- On the My Profile page, click the family member whose profile details you want to modify.
- Click the Profile Details tab.
- Enter the family member’s new information in the appropriate fields. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk.
- Click UPDATE ACCOUNT.
To view a family member’s schedule:
- In the top menu, click My Schedule.
- On the My Schedule page, click the family member’s whose schedule you want to view.
- Click Upcoming Schedule or Past Schedule depending on which schedule you want to view.
To book a service for a family member:
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
- In the list, select the family member for whom you want to book a service.
- Click Book Now.
- Continue to book the service on behalf of that family member. Follow the steps outlined in the following articles to learn how to book a Class, Appointment, Event, or asset using the Client Web App.
To assign payment to a family member:
- In the top menu, click My Profile.
- On the My Profile page, click the family member whose transactions will be paid for.
- Select who will be paying for all the family member’s transactions from the All transactions for this account paid by list.
- Click UPDATE ACCOUNT.
To add to a family member’s account balance:
- In the top menu, click My Profile.
- On the My Profile page, click the family member whose profile details you want to modify.
- Click the Billing tab.
- Under Account Balance, click MAKE A PAYMENT.
- Under DEBIT AMOUNT, enter the amount you want to pay.
- Under CHOOSE CARD, select a credit card from the list.
- If you do not have a saved credit card, click Add new and enter your credit card information in the fields below.
- Click COMPLETE.
