Using the Client Web App, clients can create a profile for a family member and link their family member’s profile to their account. With the appropriate permission, a client can sign in as a family member. When signed in as a family member, a client can view and edit the family member’s profile, view their upcoming schedule and attendance history, book services for them, make payments for them, and sign an online waiver for them if they’re a minor. The client can also be designated to pay for all the family member’s transactions.
Notes
- Clients can only sign in and edit related clients’ profiles if the Allow clients to sign in to, book for, and edit related profiles of the selected relationship option on the Business Policies page is set to ON.
- Clients can only view and link their profile to a related family member if the Display relationships on the Client Web App and Achieve Client App option on the Business Policies page is set to ON.
- If a client has a negative account balance before their account is linked to one or more family members, the client’s account balance can’t be paid by their family members until the amount owed is settled.
In this article:
To add a family member:
- In the top menu, click My Profile.
- Click the Profile Details
- In the Relationships card, click Add relationship.
- In the All transactions for this account paid by field, select who will be paying for the family member’s transactions.
- In the This client is a [relationship] of [client name] field, select the family member’s relationship with the client.
- Enter the family member’s information in the required fields. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk.
- Click Add relationship.
To view and manage a family member’s profile:
- In the top menu, click My Profile.
- Click the Edit Profile
- On the Edit Profile page, locate the Relationships
- Click the Action button next to the family member you want to view.
- Click Sign in as this client.
