In the Client Web App, clients can view information about their account and interactions with your business from the My Profile section. For more information about the client profile information when viewed as a staff member, see Client profile.
Overview – The Overview tab displays a client’s basic information, including contact details, relationships, social media connections, Google Calendar integration, active Purchase Options, and user activity. Changes can be made to the contact details shown here and to other profile details by clicking Edit. For more information, see Client Web App: Editing your client profile.
Activity – Displays all a client’s actions in the system, such as purchases made, services booked, services attended, and so on. This information can be filtered by date and/or behavior.
Profile Details – Displays a client’s profile settings. From here, a client can view or change their details and notification settings. For more information, see Client Web App: Editing your client profile.
Transformation – Displays all a client’s entries in the transformation log. From here, a client can add new transformation logs, modify existing transformation logs, export or print their transformation log history, and compare their transformation logs over different dates. For more information, see Client Web App: Adding and comparing transformation logs.
Goals – Displays a client’s fitness goals. From here, a client can add or update their goals. For more information, see Client Web App: Viewing, creating, or updating your goals.
Passes & Memberships – Displays all a client’s store purchases, including memberships, passes, and services. From here, a client can filter their purchases, search their purchase, print their purchases, email and print receipts for purchases, and view payment schedules and other details about their purchases.
Billing – Displays a client’s individual billing information, including their account balance, account history, saved credit cards, and saved ACH accounts. From here, a client can also redeem daily deals and gift cards by entering the code in the Daily Deal or Gift Card Redemption Code text box.
Transactions – Displays all a client’s transactions, such as purchases or refunds. From here, clients can view their transaction history and email or print receipts for their transactions. Clicking on a Purchase Option under the Purchase column will take clients to the Passes & Memberships tab to view more details. For more information, see Client Web App: Viewing transactions.
Waiver – Displays any waivers relevant to a client. Any unsigned waivers can be agreed to from here. Waivers that have been signed will display the date the waiver was signed and an image of the signature. Waivers can be emailed or printed from this page for a client’s records.
Contracts – Displays contracts associated with a client’s relevant Purchase Options or Events. Any unsigned contracts can be agreed to from here. Contracts that have been signed will display the date the contract was signed and an image of the signature. Contracts can be printed or exported from this page for a client’s records. Rewards – The Rewards tab displays a client’s current reward points total, their place on the leaderboard, actions they can take to earn more rewards points, options to redeem prizes, and a history of their redeemed prizes. For more information, see Client Web App: Redeeming points and prizes.
Notifications – Displays a client’s communications settings for your business’s automated notifications and marketing campaigns. From here, clients can opt-in or opt-out of receiving email or SMS notifications that communicate their upcoming schedule and services, account management activities, and your business’s news and updates.
