Businesses can sell various types of gift cards to clients through WellnessLiving. Clients can redeem gift cards through the Client Web App directly, or by using a redemption URL. Staff members can also redeem Groupon deals for clients.
NoteYou can’t redeem a gift card or a QUICK gift card containing a Purchase Option that has already expired.
NoteOnly one gift card can be used per transaction. If you want to make a purchase from the store using multiple gift cards, you must first redeem each gift card to your account balance. You can then use your account balance as a payment method when completing the purchase.
In this article:
To redeem a gift card from the Client Web App:
- Copy the gift card code.
- On the top menu, click My Profile.
- Click the Billing tab.
- Under Daily Deal or Gift Card Redemption Code, enter the gift card code.
- Click Submit. Your gift card code and any associated deal will be entered and applied to your account.
To redeem a gift card from a redemption URL:
- Copy the gift card code.
- Click the redemption URL link. The redemption URL is displayed as: https://wellnessliving.com/knowledge-sharing/redeem/STUDIO_NAME
- If you are not signed up for a WellnessLiving account, the URL will take you to a signup page where you can also enter the code.
- Paste the gift card code.
- Either click Connect with Facebook or enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email, then click Sign up.
- Click the Billing tab.
- If you already have a WellnessLiving account, the URL will take you to your Billing page.
- If you are not signed up for a WellnessLiving account, the URL will take you to a signup page where you can also enter the code.
- Under Daily Deal or Gift Card Redemption Code, enter the gift card code.
- Click Submit. Your gift card code and any associated deal will be entered and applied to your account.
