Client Web App: Redeeming points and prizes

Clients can use the Client Web App to redeem the points they have earned through your rewards program for the prizes you offer. Once a client has claimed a prize on their client profile, they must inform your staff members of the prize they redeemed. Your staff members can then award that prize to the client by selling it to them for free.

Staff members can also redeem prizes on behalf of clients.

In this article:

To redeem prizes in the Client Web App:

1. On the top menu, click Rewards.
2. Click the Redeem Prizes tab. Alternatively, on the right side of the screen, under My Points, click REDEEM.
3. Select the prize you want to redeem and click REDEEM.
4. In the confirmation popup, click OK.

To book a service with a prize in the Client Web App:

1. On the top menu, click Book Now.
2. In the Book Now tab, select the service you want to book.
   • If you are booking an appointment:
     1. Complete steps 3–12 of Booking an Appointment.
     2. Select your prize:
        • If you haven’t already claimed a prize to book this service, under Or Redeem a Prize, select a prize you want to use to book this service.
        • If you already claimed a prize to book this service, under Available Purchase Options, select the prize you want to use to book this service.
     3. Click Checkout.
        • If questions or forms are required for this appointment, click Next.
   • If you are booking a Class:
     1. Complete steps 3–7 of Booking a Class.
     2. Select the prize you want to redeem for the Class you are booking.
     3. Click NEXT.
     4. Click NEXT.
     5. Click COMPLETE.
   • If you are booking an Event:
     1. Complete steps 3–7 of Booking an Event.
     2. Select the prize that corresponds to the Event you are booking.
     3. Click NEXT.
     4. Click NEXT.
     5. Click COMPLETE.
        • After you complete your booking, click Email receipt or Print receipt for a copy of your receipt.

To redeem a prize in the store:

1. On the top menu, click Store.
2. Under Online Store Category, find the item you want to buy and click Add to Cart.
3. Select or redeem a prize to apply to the purchase. If you don’t have a prize or enough rewards points to redeem a prize, these options won’t be available.
   • If you already have a prize, click the My Prizes field and select the prize from the list.
   • If you want to redeem your rewards points for a prize, click the Available Rewards field and select a prize from the list.
4. Click Apply.
5. Click Proceed to Checkout.
6. Select a payment method, if applicable.
7. Click Complete.
