Client Web App: Viewing, creating, or updating your goals

Clients can view, create, and update their fitness goals using the Client Web App.

NoteThe available fields in the goals section are determined by the available fields in the Transformation Log.

To view, create, or update your goals:

  1. On the top menu, click My Profile.
  2. Click the Goals tab.
  3. Enter your fitness goals in the fields provided. These fields include:
    • Pre-workout Heart Rate
    • Blood pressure
    • Arms
    • Bust
    • Waist
    • Abdomen
    • Hips
    • Thighs
    • Height
    • Weight
    • Body fat %
    • Short term goals
    • Long term goals
