Client Web App: Writing a review

Clients can use the Client Web App to write reviews for your business and the services they attend.

You can also allow clients to earn rewards points for writing reviews and sharing them on social media. For more information, see Managing rewards points.

In this article:

    To write a review from the My schedule tab:

    1. In the top menu, click My schedule.
    2. On the side menu, click Past Schedule.
    3. Find the service for which you want to write a review. You may have to browse the list or filter the list to find the service.
    4. Click Write a Review. The WRITE A REVIEW popup will appear.
    5. Under Tell us about your experience, select a rating.
    6. Under Your review, enter the text for your review.
    7. Click Submit.
      • If available, share your review on social media by clicking Share on Facebook or Share on Twitter.

    To write a review from the Rewards tab:

    1. In the top menu, click Rewards.
    2. On the Rewards screen, click Earn Points.
    3. Click Reviewing to filter the list of rewards.
    4. Click LEAVE A REVIEW. The WRITE A REVIEW popup will appear.
    5. Under Tell us about your experience, select a rating.
    6. Under Your review, enter the text for your review.
    7. Click Submit.
      • If available, share your review on social media by clicking Share on Facebook or Share on Twitter.
