Clocking in and out

You can use the time clock to track your staff members’ hours and automatically calculate your hourly payroll. Staff members can clock themselves in and out through the user menu. Staff members can also clock in and out from the Elevate Staff App. For more information, see Elevate Staff App: Clocking in and out.

The system will report the time during which a staff member was clocked in and use it to calculate the staff member’s pay, but only if they have an associated hourly pay rate with the Use Time Clock to calculate staff pay option selected.

The data collected when a staff member clocks in or out can be found in multiple staff reports, including the Payroll Details Report, the Staff Attendance Analysis Report, and the Time Clock Details Report.

In this article:

    To clock in:

    1. Sign in to your WellnessLiving account.
    2. Click your user icon in the top right corner of the page.
    3. Next to Location, select the location you want to clock into from the list.
    4. On the user menu, click CLOCK IN.
    5. A message confirming that you are now clocked in is displayed. You can see the time at which you clocked in from the user menu below the clock in and clock out buttons. Your time will be logged until you clock out.

    To clock out:

    1. Sign in to your WellnessLiving account.
    2. Click your user icon in the top right corner of the page.
    3. Next to Location, select the location you want to clock out of from the list.
    4. On the user menu, click CLOCK OUT.
    5. In the confirmation message, click OK.
    6. A message confirming that you are now clocked out is displayed.
