With MailChimp integration, you can synchronize one of your WellnessLiving client contact lists with a MailChimp mailing list. After you set up this integration, whenever a client profile is added or modified in WellnessLiving, the client’s information is automatically added or updated on your corresponding MailChimp list. All fields in the client’s profile, including custom client fields, must have matching equivalents in MailChimp to properly synchronize.

When connecting or disconnecting a MailChimp account, keep the following information in mind:
- Clients must consent to being added to MailChimp by subscribing to news and updates for your business. If a client provides consent, you can change a client’s notification settings in their client profile. Clients can also change their notifications settings from the Client Web App. Consent to receive emails is a requirement dictated by MailChimp.
- Changes made in WellnessLiving can take up to 24 hours to apply to your MailChimp list.
- Synchronization between WellnessLiving and MailChimp is one-way. If a client unsubscribes from your communications on MailChimp, you must manually unsubscribe them in WellnessLiving.

To connect a MailChimp account:
- Click the App Drawer button
.
- In the App Drawer, click View All.
- In the list, click Setup. You can filter the list by entering Setup into the Search field.
- On the Setup menu, click Integrations.
- On the Integrations menu, click MailChimp.
- Click CONNECT BUSINESS. A MailChimp login page is displayed.
- Enter your MailChimp credentials and click Log In.
- Click Choose list. A list of your MailChimp contact lists is displayed.
- Select the MailChimp list you would like to keep synced. You can only choose one list.
- Click SAVE. Your MailChimp contact list is now connected to WellnessLiving.
To disconnect a MailChimp account:
- Click the App Drawer button
.
- In the App Drawer, click View All.
- In the list, click Setup. You can filter the list by entering Setup into the Search field.
- On the Setup menu, click Integrations.
- On the Integrations menu, click MailChimp.
- Click the X next to the name of the business integrated with MailChimp.
- In the confirmation popup, click OK.
