Connecting or disconnecting a Zoom account

You can connect your Zoom account with WellnessLiving to provide your clients with direct access to your virtual services through WellnessLiving. If you no longer want to use this integration, you can disconnect your Zoom account at any time.

If you have multiple business locations and do not want to associate your virtual services with an existing business location, we recommend creating a new location and associating all virtual services with that location. Additional subscription fees will be charged to your WellnessLiving account for each additional location.

NoteCurrently, integrated Zoom accounts can only be linked to one business ID. Multiple business IDs for different business locations will not link to the same Zoom account.

NoteWhen you connect your business to a Zoom account, the Virtual Services Available option for each of your business locations will be set to ON. This will tell clients who view your business on the WellnessLiving Explorer that your business provides virtual services.

In this article:

    To create a Zoom account:

    1. Open zoom.us in a new browser.
    2. Click SIGN UP, IT’S FREE.
    3. Enter your date of birth and click Continue.
    4. Under Your work email address, enter your email address and click Sign Up.
    5. Go to your email inbox, open the email you received from Zoom, and then click Activate Account.
    6. On the Zoom Account Info page, enter your account information.
      1. Click the First Name box and enter your first name.
      2. Click the Last Name box and enter your last name.
      3. Click the Password box and enter a password that meets the standards displayed on screen.
      4. Click the Confirm Password box and re-enter the password you entered above.
    7. Click Continue.
    8. Click Skip this step.
    9. Click Go to My Account.
    10. To update your account info, click Edit next to a field and enter your information.
    11. To add a picture of yourself or your company logo, click the Display Picture icon, click Upload, select an image from your computer, and then click Save.
    12. At the top of the page, click PLANS & PRICING, and then select the plan that best suits your business. A ProBusiness, or Enterprise plan is required in order to make registration mandatory for virtual Classes.

    To connect a Zoom account:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click Setup.
    3. On the Setup menu, click Integrations.
    4. On the Integrations menu, click Zoom.
    5. Click CONNECT NOW.
    6. Enter your Zoom account information to connect your account.

    To disconnect a Zoom account:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click Setup.
    3. On the Setup menu, click Integrations.
    4. On the Integrations menu, click Zoom.
    5. Click DISCONNECT.
    6. In the confirmation box, click OK.
