The Conversion Tracking Report is a client report that displays how the client type of each client has changed over time. A client’s type changes depending on the status of the memberships or passes they have purchased. For example, when a client purchases their first membership, their client type changes from Prospect to Active Member.This article describes how to view the Conversion Tracking Report and provides details of the columns that appear in the report. To view the Conversion Tracking Report:
- Click the App Drawer button .
- In the App Drawer, click Reports.
- On the Reports menu, click Clients.
- On the Clients menu, click Conversion Tracking. The Conversion Tracking Report is displayed.
Headings in the Conversion Tracking Report
|Client||The name, email, member ID, and profile image of the client is listed in this column. Relevant details about this customer, such as pass status, waiver status, contract status, special notes, unpaid visits, and account balance will be noted here by small icons. Hover over any icon to learn more.|
|Start Date||The date and time when the client type of the client changed to the client type listed under Original Client Type.|
|Original Client Type||The previous client type of the client.|
|Original Purchase Option||The previous Purchase Option that the client had, if any.|
|Conversion Date||The date and time when the client type of the client changed from the client type listed under Original Client Type to the one listed under Converted To Client Type.|
|Converted To Client Type||The current client type of the client.|
|New Purchase Option||The current Purchase Option that the client has.|
