You can create a new client lead directly from your App Drawer and determine specific client information to be collected when adding a new lead. For more information, see Creating or modifying a Lead Capture Widget skin. These leads can also be tracked in your Lead Management Report.
To create a new lead:
- Click the App Drawer button .
- In the App Drawer, click View All.
- In the list, click Add Lead. You can filter the list by entering Add Lead into the Search field.
- On the Add Lead menu, click Hidden.
- On the Hidden menu, click Hidden.
- Enter the client’s first name, last name, email address, and answer the survey question by choosing from the available options in the dropdown menu.
- Click Additional Information to reveal additional fillable fields to the lead’s profile.
- Click +ADD LEAD.
