If you’re a corporate enterprise, your enterprise locations are included in WellnessLiving. To keep all your locations organized, you can create regions for your enterprise locations. Enterprise regions are used to group and classify your enterprise locations. You can assign a staff member to oversee each region, and you can configure session passes and memberships to be used at multiple enterprise locations within a region.

To create or modify an enterprise region:
- Click the App Drawer button
.
- In the App Drawer, click View All.
- In the list, click Setup. You can filter the list by entering Setup into the Search field.
- On the Setup menu, click Enterprise.
- On the Enterprise menu, click Enterprise Regions.
- Create or modify a region:
- To create a new region, click + Create Region.
- To modify an existing region, click the Action button
next to the region you want to edit and click Edit.
- Under REGION NAME, enter the name for the region.
- Under REGION DESCRIPTION, enter a description for the region.
- Under ASSIGN REGION ADMIN, select an administrator for the region. The administrator is assigned to oversee the region and is associated with the region in reports.
- To add enterprise locations to the region:
- Click the Add Location button.
- Filter the locations as needed. To filter by country, click Country and select the countries you want to view. To filter by state or province, click State/Province and select the states and provinces you want to view.
- Click Locations. Under AVAILABLE LOCATIONS, click the enterprise locations to include in this region. The enterprise locations you choose are moved under SELECTED LOCATIONS.
- Click ADD LOCATIONS. Your selected enterprise locations are added to the enterprise region.
- To remove enterprise locations from the region, in the Locations table, select the checkbox for each location to be removed, then click the Remove Selected button.
- To add enterprise locations to the region:
- Click SAVE.
To delete an enterprise region:
- Click the App Drawer button
.
- In the App Drawer, click View All.
- In the list, click Setup. You can filter the list by entering Setup into the Search field.
- On the Setup menu, click Enterprise.
- On the Enterprise menu, click Enterprise Regions.
- In the list of regions, click the Action button
next to the region that you want to delete.
- Click Remove.
- In the confirmation popup, click OK.
