Achieve Client App: Making customizations

If you upgraded your subscription plan for the Achieve Client App to Premium or White Label, you can customize your logo and splash screen, adjust the app’s appearance, change button styles, and adjust your clients’ profile screens. With the White Label plan, you can also customize the icon, background, and name of your app. Our live preview tool will let you view your changes as you make them.

Some customization options require a rebuild of your app, which has a customization fee of $159 USD. The options that require your app to be rebuilt are indicated by a red asterisk (*). If any of these options have been selected when you click SAVE & BUILD APP, a popup will be displayed for you to confirm paying the $159 USD customization fee before proceeding.

If your White Label Achieve Client App is already published in Google Play and the App Store:

Any changes made to the app icon, app name, or splash screen on the App Design page must be emailed to achieve@wellnessliving.com for the changes to be published.

All other changes are immediately displayed to your clients when they use your Achieve Client App. However, these changes are not reflected in the preview images displayed for your app in Google Play or the App Store.

To customize your Achieve Client App:

1. Click the App Drawer button .
2. In the App Drawer, click View All.
3. In the list, click Achieve. You can filter the list by entering Achieve into the Search field.
4. For the White Label App, under Thumbnail Icon and Name, configure the icon, background, and name of your app.
   • Icon – To display your logo on the app icon, click the ICON IMAGE thumbnail. Drag and drop an image over the window or choose a file from your computer, then click Save. The app icon must be a PNG file with a minimum resolution of 150 x 150 pixels.
   • Background – Your options are:
     • BACKGROUND IMAGE – To add a background image to your app icon, click the BACKGROUND IMAGE Drag and drop an image over the window or choose a file from your computer’s file browser, then click Save.
     • FILTER COLOR – To apply a color filter over your background image, click the FROMand TO color chips and select a color. Select two different colors to apply a gradient effect.
   • App Name – To name your app, enter the name in the APP NAME box. The app name shouldn’t contain more than 30 characters.
5. Under Splash Screen, configure the splash screen displayed when launching your app.
   • Logo – To display your logo in the splash screen, click the LOGO IMAGE thumbnail. Drag and drop an image over the window or choose a file from your computer, then click Save. The logo image must be a PNG file with a minimum resolution of 150 x 150 pixels.
   • Background – To use an image for your splash screen, click the BACKGROUND IMAGE thumbnail. Drag and drop an image over the window or choose a file from your computer’s file browser, then click Save.
     • BACKGROUND COLOR – To apply a color filter over your image, click the FROM and TO color chips and select a color. Select two different colors to apply a gradient effect.
6. Under General Elements, select the appearance of your Achieve Client App.
   • Header – Set the font face, font color, font style, and background color for headings in your Achieve Client App.
   • Button – Set the font face, font color, font style, and background color for buttons in your Achieve Client App.
   • Click the icons underneath the live preview to see how these changes affect other pages in your app.
7. Under Location Page, select which elements to display on the Location page.
   • DISPLAY WRITE REVIEW BUTTON – Set this option to ON to allow clients to leave reviews for your location directly from the location page.
8. Under Navigation Button Style, select the logo, background, and button style for your Book Now page.
   • Logo – To add a logo to your Book Now page, click the LOGO IMAGE thumbnail. Drag and drop an image over the window or choose a file from your computer, then click Save.  The logo image must be a PNG file with a minimum resolution of 150 x 150 pixels.
     • PLACEHOLDER SHAPE – Select the shape the logo should fill from the dropdown menu.
   • Background – To display an image in the background, click the BACKGROUND IMAGE thumbnail. Drag and drop an image over the window or choose a file from your computer, then click Save.
     • BACKGROUND COLOR – To apply a color filter over your image, click the FROM and TO color chips and select a color. Select two different colors to apply a gradient effect.
   • Default Button Style – Select the default style of your buttons when they aren’t active. Click the color chip and select a color.
   • Active Button Style – Select the style of the active button. Click the color chip and select a color.
9. Under Profile and Confirmation Screen, set the elements displayed in your confirmation screen. This screen appears after a client books a service.
   • BOOKING CONFIRMATION MESSAGE – Enter a message to display to your clients after they book a service.
   • FONT– Select a font face and color for the confirmation message.
   • BACKGROUND COLOR – To select a background color for the page, click the FROM and TO color chips and select a color. Select two different colors to apply a gradient effect.
   • Button – Select a font face, font color, font style, and background color for the buttons displayed on the confirmation screen.
10. When your changes are complete, click SAVE & BUILD APP.
    • If any changes you requested require a customization fee, a confirmation popup will be displayed. Click CONFIRM to accept the charges.
