The schedule has a variety of settings that change the way it appears and behaves. You can set the Look and Feel of the schedule globally. This determines how your schedule is displayed by default to all staff members. To learn how to access these settings, see Customizing the look and feel of WellnessLiving.
Alternatively, each staff member can customize how the schedule looks to them. To learn more, see Customizing the schedule individually per staff member.

|Cell Size||Determines the size of cells in Calendar view. Your choices are: Small, Medium, or Large.|
|Time Intervals||Determines the length of each time interval on the schedule. Your choices are: 10min, 15min, or 30min.|
|Service Icon||Determines whether or not each service should display an associated service icon.|
|Notes Icon||Determines whether or not each service should display an associated note icon.|
|Alert Icon||Determines whether or not each service should display an associated alert icon.|
|Appointment Display Style||Determines the part of the Appointment that is in focus on the Schedule. Your choices are: Appointment Type, Client Name, or Staff Name.|
|Staff Availability Settings||Determines how staff availability information is presented.
You can set the background color of cells in Calendar view. Click the list under STAFF AVAILABLE to choose the background color for available staff members. Click the list under STAFF NOT AVAILABLE to choose the background color for unavailable staff members.
You can also select whether or not notes about staff unavailable time are shown directly on the schedule. You can set the Display staff unavailability notes on schedule option to ON or OFF. When the option is set to OFF, you must hover over the unavailable time to view the notes.
|Color of substituted staff||Determines the color that indicates a staff member is a substitute for another staff member.|
|Weekly Schedule||Select the which day of the week is displayed on the schedule when viewing it in week or month view. You may choose to show the schedule from the Current Day, meaning the day that the schedule is opened, or from a specific day of the week. By default, this option is set to Sunday, so weeks on the schedule begin on Sunday.|
|Cancel sessions||Determines which canceled services are displayed on the schedule. Select the checkbox next to View cancelled classes/events to display Classes and Events.
To display canceled Appointments, select the checkbox next to one of the following options:
|Business Hours||Determines the time range displayed on the schedule. Select the Show only business hours checkbox to display the schedule only during business hours. Deselect the checkbox to show all hours.
NoteIf you set Show only business hours to ON, the schedule will still display any services you have booked outside of your business hours.
For example, if your business hours are 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and you have an Appointment with a client booked for 6:00 p.m., that Appointment will be displayed on your schedule even if you set Show only business hours to ON.
