Daily Tracker Report

The Daily Tracker Report is an attendance report that displays a details for the services scheduled at your business for the selected day. This report can be used to assess current, future, or past daily activity at your business, and to make actions related to those services.

This article describes how to view the Daily Tracker Report and provides details of the columns that appear in the report. To learn how to customize and filter the report, see Viewing a report.

    To view the Daily Tracker Report:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click View All.
    3. In the list, click Reports. You can filter the list by entering Reports into the Search field.
    4. On the Reports menu, click Attendance.
    5. On the Attendance menu, click Daily Tracker. The Daily Tracker Report is displayed.

    Headings in the Daily Tracker Report

    HeadingDescription
    TypeThe type of service is labelled in this column.
    TimeThe time that the service is scheduled for is listed in this column.
    EventThe specific service name, location, and staff member are listed in this column. If the service has not been paid for, a red Has Not Paid label will also be affixed.
    AttendanceThe expected attendance for the service is listed in this column.

    If one client is attending the service, that client’s name, profile image, and any details about this customer, such as pass status, waiver status, contract status, special notes, unpaid visits, and account balance will be noted here by small icons. Hover over any icon to learn more.

    If multiple clients are attending the service, a circle that represents the number of clients based on capacity is listed in this column. Below the circle, the number of clients that attended the service is listed out of the number of clients that can attend the service.

    MenuVarious actions can be taken from the menu depending on the type of service.

    For appointments, click the arrow to expand the menu. Options are available to check the client in, reschedule the appointment, cancel the appointment, mark the appointment as late cancel, mark the appointment as no show, or pay for the appointment now.

    For classes and events, click Attendance List to view the attendance list, or click the arrow to expand the menu. Options are available to cancel the service, modify the schedule, or substitute the instructor.

    Client TypesUse this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on their client type.
    AppointmentsUse this filter to determine which appointment types to include in the report.
    Start Time RangeUse this filter to determine which to include in the report based on the specific time range during which they occurred.
    ClassesUse this filter to determine which classes to include in the report.
    EventsUse this filter to determine which events to include in the report.
    Service TypeUse this filter to determine which service types to include in the report.
    Canceled SessionsUse this filter to determine whether canceled Appointments and/or Classes are included in the report.
    StaffUse this filter to determine which staff members to include in the report.
    LocationsUse this filter to determine which locations to include in the report.
