Deactivated Book-a-Spot asset have their settings saved in WellnessLiving and can be reactivated at any time. Deleted assets are gone permanently and need to be recreated.
Deactivate a Book-a-Spot asset
To deactivate an asset:
Click the App Drawer button
then click View All > Setup > Services > Book-a-Spot.Hover over the asset you want to modify and click the Edit button.
On the right side of the page, set the Active Asset option to OFF.
Click Save.
Delete a Book-a-Spot asset
Note: You can't delete a Book-a-Spot asset if it is currently booked by a client or through a service. To delete the asset, you must first remove it from all scheduled bookings.
To delete a Book-a-Spot asset:
Click the App Drawer button
then click View All > Setup > Services > Book-a-Spot.Hover over the asset you want to modify and click the Edit button.
On the right side of the page, click Delete.
In the confirmation popup, click OK.
