Edit schedule class reference

The following is a full reference for the fields on the edit schedule page when you are modifying a class. After you have scheduled your class, clients can book the classes they want to attend.

NoteModifying the START DATE or END DATE of a single class session will automatically remove all the clients from the class’s attendance list. However, modifying the START DATE or END DATE of a class in a recurring booking won’t remove clients from the class’s attendance list.

After the special instructions are added, clients can view them on the schedule in the Client Web App, Achieve Client App, widgets, and in the class notifications sent to them.

If the Only display special instructions to clients who have booked this class option on the class setup page is set to ON, the special instructions for a class will only be displayed to clients who are booked into the class.

If the Only display special instructions to clients who have booked this class option on the class setup page is set to OFF, the special instructions for a class will be displayed to all clients, regardless of whether they’re booked into the class.

When adding or changing special instructions for a class, keep the following information in mind:

  • Special instructions that are added or changed on the Edit Schedule page will take precedence over the special instructions added on the Setup page.
  • If special instructions were added or changed after a class has been scheduled, the change will apply to previously scheduled classes as well.

For example, the link must begin with HTTP, HTTPS, or SSH for the system to accept it. This option only appears if the This is a non-integrated virtual service setting is selected for the class. For more information, see class Type advanced settings.

If this is a recurring class, this link will apply to all class sessions. If you want a different link for each session, you must manually change each individual session’s virtual service link.

NoteIf the virtual service link is missing for a class, the virtual service icon will appear in red on the schedule.
