Using the Achieve Client App, clients can change their profile details including their name, email address, phone number(s), date of birth, gender, full address, profile picture, who referred them, or any additional custom field. Changes made in the Achieve Client App will affect the client’s profile throughout the WellnessLiving system.
To change your profile details:
- Tap your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- On the profile menu, tap Profile Details.
- Tap any field you want to change and enter the new information. For more information about these fields, see Modifiable client profile details.
- Your changes are saved automatically.
