Elevate Staff App: Booking Assets

The Elevate Staff App can be used by staff members to book Assets from the schedule.

To book an asset:

  1. Tap the Schedule tab.
  2. Tap the Add button in the top-left corner of the screen .
  3. Tap Book Asset.
  4. Search for the client you are booking an asset for by entering their name, phone number, client ID, or email in the search box and tap their name.
  5. Select an asset category and tap Next.
  6. Select an asset and tap Next.
  7. Select a date in the calendar.
  8. Select a time.
  9. Tap Does not repeat to select whether the booking repeats.
    • If you do not want the booking to repeat, set the Repeat option to OFF.
    • If you want the booking to repeat, set the Repeat option to ON.
      1. Tap Frequency to select the basis on which the Appointment will repeat. You can select, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.
        • If you select Weekly, you must then select the days of the week on which the Appointment will repeat.
      2. Tap Every to select how often the booking will repeat. For example, if you select Monthly under Frequency, you can select 2 months under Every so the Appointment repeats every 2 months.
      3. Tap Does Not End to select whether you want the repeated bookings to end.
        • Tap Does Not End.
          • When no end date is selected, the system books six months’ worth of recurring asset bookings. After one month, and every month thereafter, the system books another month’s worth of asset bookings to maintain six months’ worth of asset bookings for the client. For example, if on January 1st, you book a weekly recurring booking with no end date, the system will automatically book asset bookings from January 1st to June 30th. On February 1st, the system will automatically book asset bookings for the month of July, and so on.
        • Tap After a number of Occurrences, and then select the number of times you want the asset bookings to repeat.
        • Tap On a Date, and then select the date at which you want the asset bookings to stop repeating.
      4. Tap Save and then tap Next.
  10. If there are any scheduling conflicts for the booking, the conflict manager is displayed to staff members with the appropriate staff role permissions. Select how to resolve the conflicts and try to book the asset again and then tap Next.
    • To address an individual conflict, tap the More button next to an asset booking and select one of the following options:
      • Book Anyway – Book the asset regardless of the conflict.
      • Do Not Book Cancel the asset booking.
      • Fix Modify the time and date of the asset booking or select another asset.
    • To address all conflicts at once, tap one of the following options:
      • Book All Anyway Book all assets regardless of the conflicts.
      • Do Not Book All Cancel all of the asset bookings.
  11. Verify the booking details and tap Checkout.
  12. Select a payment method, enter the required information, and tap Complete.
