Elevate Staff App: Changing the asset assigned to a client for a class and event

When clients require an asset for a class or an event, (e.g., an exercise bike for a spin class) the asset is assigned based on the class or event’s advanced settings. If you want a client to use a different asset than the one to which they’ve been assigned, you can reassign the asset.

To change an asset assignment:

  1. Tap the Schedule
  2. Tap the service for which you want to change an asset assignment.
  3. Tap the More button next to the client’s name.
  4. Tap Re-assign Asset.
  5. Tap the desired asset and tap Save.
