When clients require an asset for a Class or an Event, (e.g., an exercise bike for a spin Class) the asset is assigned based on the Class or Event’s advanced settings. If you want a client to use a different asset than the one to which they have been assigned, you can reassign the asset from the Elevate Staff App.
To change the asset assigned to a client for a Class or Event:
- Tap the Schedule
- Tap the service for which you want to change a client’s asset.
- Tap the More button next to the client’s name.
- Tap Re-assign Asset.
- Tap the desired asset and tap Save.
