Elevate Staff App: Changing the asset assigned to a client for a Class and Event

When clients require an asset for a Class or an Event, (e.g., an exercise bike for a spin Class) the asset is assigned based on the Class or Event’s advanced settings. If you want a client to use a different asset than the one to which they have been assigned, you can reassign the asset from the Elevate Staff App.

To change the asset assigned to a client for a Class or Event:

  1. Tap the Schedule
  2. Tap the service for which you want to change a client’s asset.
  3. Tap the More button next to the client’s name.
  4. Tap Re-assign Asset.
  5. Tap the desired asset and tap Save.
