Elevate Staff App: Clocking in and out

You can use the time clock to track your staff members’ hours and automatically calculate your hourly payroll. Staff members can clock themselves in and out directly from the Elevate Staff App. Staff members can also clock in and out from the user menu in the browser version of WellnessLiving. The system will report the time during which a staff member was clocked in and use it to calculate the staff member’s pay, but only if they have an associated hourly pay rate with the Use Time Clock to calculate staff pay option selected.

The data collected when a staff member clocks in or out can be found in the following staff reports: the Payroll Details Report, the Staff Attendance Analysis Report, and the Time Clock Details Report.

    2. Under your name and profile image, tap Clock In.

    To clock out:

    1. Tap the More
    2. Under your name and profile image, tap Clock Out.
