Staff members must log in to the Elevate Staff App to use it. From the Elevate Staff App, staff members can manage clients and services, view reports, sell products, and more.
If a login password is forgotten, it can be reset.
Staff members can log in using their email address, Apple ID, or Facebook (if their staff profile is connected to Facebook).
NoteStaff members do not need to connect their staff profile to their Apple ID to log in to the Elevate Staff App with their Apple ID. The option will be available if the staff member has an Apple ID.

To log in to the Elevate Staff App:
- Open the Elevate Staff App on your mobile device.
- Log in to the Elevate Staff App in one of the following ways:
- To log in using your email address, tap Email and enter you email address, tap Password and enter your password, and then tap Login.
- To log in with Facebook, tap Sign In via Facebook, tap Continue with Password, enter your password and then tap Continue.
- To log in with your Apple ID, tap Sign in with Apple, tap Continue with Password, enter your password and then tap Continue.
To log out of the Elevate Staff App:
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen to open the profile menu.
- Tap Logout.
