Using the Elevate Staff App, your staff members can view, add, and remove attachments (e.g., documents and pictures) from a client’s profile. Attachments can be viewed only by staff members.

To view a client’s attachment:
- Tap the CLIENTS tab.
- In the Search box, enter the client’s information. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, or client ID. From the search results, tap the client’s profile.
- Tap the Options button
and select Attachments.
- Find the attachment you want to view and tap Download. You will be redirected to a mobile web browser.
- Enter your WellnessLiving username and password, and click Sign in.
To add an attachment to a client’s profile:
- Tap the CLIENTS tab.
- In the Search box, enter the client’s information. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, or client ID. From the search results, tap the client’s profile.
- Tap the Options
button and select Attachments.
- Tap Add Attachment.
- Under File Name, enter a name for the attachment.
- Under File, tap Select file and select a file from your mobile device to add to the client’s profile.
- Under Comment, enter a description for the attachment.
- To add another attachment, repeat steps 4-7.
- Tap Save.
To remove an attachment from a client’s profile:
- Tap the CLIENTS tab.
- In the Search box, enter the client’s information. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, or client ID. From the search results, tap the client’s profile.
- Tap the Options
button and select Attachments.
- Find the attachment you want to remove and tap the Remove icon
.
- Tap Save.
