Elevate Staff App: Managing a client’s attachments

Using the Elevate Staff App, your staff members can view, add, and remove attachments (e.g., documents and pictures) from a client’s profile. Attachments can be viewed only by staff members.

To view a client’s attachment:

  1. Tap the CLIENTS tab.
  2. In the Search box, enter the client’s information. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, or client ID. From the search results, tap the client’s profile.
  3. Tap the Options button  and select Attachments.
  4. Find the attachment you want to view and tap Download. You will be redirected to a mobile web browser.
  5. Enter your WellnessLiving username and password, and click Sign in.

To add an attachment to a client’s profile:

  1. Tap the CLIENTS tab.
  2. In the Search box, enter the client’s information. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, or client ID. From the search results, tap the client’s profile.
  3. Tap the Options  button and select Attachments.
  4. Tap Add Attachment.
  5. Under File Name, enter a name for the attachment.
  6. Under File, tap Select file and select a file from your mobile device to add to the client’s profile.
  7. Under Comment, enter a description for the attachment.
  8. To add another attachment, repeat steps 4-7.
  9. Tap Save.

To remove an attachment from a client’s profile:

  1. Tap the CLIENTS tab.
  2. In the Search box, enter the client’s information. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, or client ID. From the search results, tap the client’s profile.
  3. Tap the Options  button and select Attachments.
  4. Find the attachment you want to remove and tap the Remove icon .
  5. Tap Save.
