Elevate Staff App: Manually promoting a client from a wait list

Clients on a wait list for a Class or Event are automatically promoted from the wait list if a spot becomes available. You can manually promote clients from a wait list through the Elevate Staff App if you want to allow them to attend a Class or Event even when there is no spot officially available.

To manually promote a client from a wait list:

  1. Tap the Schedule
  2. Tap the Class or Event for which you want to promote a client from the wait list.
  3. Tap the Add button next to the client’s name.
  4. In the confirmation box, tap OK. The client is promoted from the wait list and added to the attendance list.
