Clients on a wait list for a Class or Event are automatically promoted from the wait list if a spot becomes available. You can manually promote clients from a wait list through the Elevate Staff App if you want to allow them to attend a Class or Event even when there is no spot officially available.

To manually promote a client from a wait list:
- Tap the Schedule
- Tap the Class or Event for which you want to promote a client from the wait list.
- Tap the Add button next to the client’s name.
- In the confirmation box, tap OK. The client is promoted from the wait list and added to the attendance list.
