Staff members must sign in to the Elevate Staff App to use it. From the Elevate Staff App, staff members can manage clients and services, view reports, sell products, and more.
If you forget your password, you can reset it from the Elevate Staff App.
Staff members can sign in using their email address, Apple ID, or Facebook (if their staff profile is connected to Facebook).
NoteStaff members do not need to connect their staff profile to their Apple ID to sign in to the Elevate Staff App with their Apple ID. The option will be available if the staff member has an Apple ID.

To sign in to the Elevate Staff App:
- Open the Elevate Staff App on your mobile device.
- Sign in to the Elevate Staff App in one of the following ways:
- To sign in using your email address, enter the email address and password associated with your WellnessLiving account and tap Sign in.
- To sign in with Facebook, tap Continue with Facebook and enter the account credentials for your Facebook account.
- To sign in with Google, tap Continue with Google and enter the account credentials for your Google account.
- To sign in with your Apple ID, tap Continue with Apple and enter the account credentials for your Apple account.
To sign out of the Elevate Staff App:
- Tap the MORE
- Under PROFILE, tap Sign Out.
