Using the Elevate Staff App, staff members can view a client’s upcoming schedule and attendance history.
Information for services displayed on a client’s upcoming schedule and attendance history include the date of the service, its duration, the staff member who is providing the service, and any assets included with the service. Staff members can also add SOAP notes for a service from the client’s schedule.

To view a client’s schedule:
- Tap the Clients tab.
- In the Search box, type the client’s information. You can type the client’s name, phone number, email address, or client ID. Tap the client’s name.
- Tap the Options button
and select Attendance.
- On the Attendance page, tap ATTENDANCE HISTORY to view services the client attended in the past.
To add SOAP notes to a service from a client’s schedule:
- Tap the Clients tab.
- In the Search box, type the client’s information. You can type the client’s name, phone number, email address, or client ID. Tap the client’s name.
- Tap the Options button
and select Attendance.
- Find the service to which you want to add notes.
- Tap ATTENDANCE HISTORY to view services the client attended in the past.
- Swipe left on the service and tap Add Notes.
- Enter your notes in the fields provided.
- To add additional information when creating new SOAP notes, tap Add Other Notes and enter the information in the ADDITIONAL field.
- Tap Save.
