Elevate Staff App: Viewing an attendance list

You can view the attendance list of a class or event from the Elevate Staff App. From the attendance list, you can:

  • Add new clients to the attendance list.
  • Sort the attendance list.
    • By default, the attendance list is sorted alphabetically by the clients’ first name.
    • When you apply a sort order to an attendance list, the sort order is automatically saved as the new default.
  • Contact clients who are booked into the service.
  • Change the attendance status of clients who are booked into the service.
  • Check clients in to services.
  • Update a client’s payment status.

Icons may also appear next to a client’s name in the attendance list for a service. These icons represent details about the client including pass status, contract status, number of unpaid visits, whether they have any incomplete forms, and more.

To view an attendance list from the Elevate Staff App:

  1. Tap the Schedule tab.
  2. Find the date and time of the class or event.
  3. Tap the class or event for which you want to view the attendance list. The attendance list is displayed.
    • To sort the clients who appear on the attendance list, click the Sort button , then sort the clients in one of the following ways:
      • First booked – The clients who booked the class or event from the newest to the oldest date.
      • Last booked – The clients who booked the class or event from the oldest to the newest date.
      • First name – The clients will be sorted based on their first name in alphabetical order (A-Z).
      • Last name – The clients will be sorted based on their last name in alphabetical order (A-Z).
      • Checked in – The clients will be sorted by their attendance status in the following order: Attended, Late Cancel, No-Show, Pending, Booked, Wait List, and Pending Confirmation.
      • Not checked in – The clients will be sorted by their attendance status in the following order: Booked, Pending, Attended, Late Cancel, No-Show, Wait List, and Pending Confirmation.
