Staff and/or client notifications can be enabled and disabled individually for each of your appointments, classes, events, or Book-a-Spot assets in the advanced settings for the service.
NoteIf notifications sent to staff and/or clients aren’t received, you may want to review the settings for the associated service.
To enable or disable staff and/or client notifications per service:
- Click the App Drawer button

- In the App Drawer, click View All.
- In the list, click Setup. You can filter the list by entering Setup into the Search field.
- On the Setup menu, click Services.
- On the Services menu, click hidden.
- On the Services menu, click Appointments, Classes, Events, or Book-a-Spot depending on the service you want to modify.
- Find the service that should have its notifications changed. You may have to browse the list
, use the Search option, or filter the list to find the service. - Under Advanced Settings, scroll to the Notifications heading.
- To enable client notifications, click Enable client notifications.
- To disable client notifications, click Disable client notifications. If you choose this option, any related client notifications won’t be sent.
- To enable staff notifications, click Enable staff notifications.
- To disable staff notifications, click Disable staff notifications. If you choose this option, any related staff notifications won’t be sent.
- Click Save.
