Enabling and disabling ClassPass integration

Before you start using your ClassPass account, you must enable ClassPass integration in WellnessLiving. You can enable or disable ClassPass integration for your entire business or by location. For more information, see Using ClassPass with WellnessLiving.

When enabling or disabling ClassPass, keep the following in mind:

  • For Enterprise customers, the Enterprise Headquarters must set up and enable ClassPass integration before any of the Enterprise Locations can enable ClassPass integration.
  • After enabling ClassPass integration, you must ensure that the CLASSPASS option is set to ON when you schedule services to allow clients to book the sessions through ClassPass.
  • After you’ve integrated with ClassPass, you can verify whether the integration is successful by checking the AutoSync status in your ClassPass account. The integration is considered successful when the AutoSync option is turned on, and WellnessLiving is displayed beside the AutoSync If AutoSync isn’t enabled for WellnessLiving, you will need to manually manage when and how your classes are displayed on ClassPass. For more information, see What is AutoSync for Fitness? on the ClassPass website.

NoteIf you don’t see the option to enable or disable ClassPass on your Promote page and you’re still in QUICK setup, contact your Onboarding Specialist to enable the feature in the backend. If your business is live, reach out to our support team at support@wellnessliving.com to enable the feature.
