Enabling and disabling ClassPass integration

Before you start using your ClassPass account, you must enable ClassPass integration in WellnessLiving. You can enable or disable ClassPass integration for your entire business or by location. For more information, see Using ClassPass with WellnessLiving.

NoteFor franchise businesses, the franchisor must set up and enable ClassPass integration before any of the franchisees can enable ClassPass integration for their locations.

NoteAfter enabling ClassPass integration, you must ensure that the CLASSPASS option is set to ON when you schedule classes to allow clients to book the sessions through ClassPass.

In this article:

    To enable or disable ClassPass integration for your business:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click View All.
    3. In the list, click Promote. You can filter the list by entering Promote into the Search field.
    4. Set the ClassPass option to ON to enable ClassPass for all your business locations or OFF to disable ClassPass for all your business locations.
      • If you do not see the option to enable or disable ClassPass on your Promote page and you are still in QUICK setup, contact your Onboarding Specialist to enable the feature in the backend. If your business is live, reach out to our support team at support@wellnessliving.com to enable the feature.

    To enable or disable ClassPass integration for a location:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click View All.
    3. In the list, click Setup. You can filter the list by entering Setup into the Search field.
    4. On the Setup menu, click Locations.
    5. Click the location for which you want to enable or disable ClassPass.
    6. On the Publish tab, set the ClassPass option to ON or OFF, as required.
