Enabling and disabling GymPass integration

Before you can use GymPass with WellnessLiving, you must enable GymPass integration with WellnessLiving. You can enable or disable GymPass integration business-wide or per location. Before you can enable GymPass with WellnessLiving, you must get approval from GymPass, provide GymPass with the required information, and have your GymPass representative send your GymPass ID to WellnessLiving.

NoteIf you do not see the option to enable or disable GymPass on your Promote page and you are still in QUICK setup, contact your Onboarding Specialist to enable the feature in the backend. If your business is live, reach out to our support team at support@wellnessliving.com to enable the feature.

NoteAfter enabling GymPass integration, you must ensure that the GYMPASS option is set to ON when you schedule Classes to allow clients to book the sessions through GymPass.

    To enable or disable GymPass for your business:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click Promote.
    3. Set the GymPass option to ON to enable GymPass for all your business locations or OFF to disable GymPass for all your business locations.

    To enable or disable GymPass for a location:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click Setup.
    3. On the Setup menu, click Locations.
    4. Click the location for which you want to enable or disable GymPass.
    5. On the Publish tab, set the GymPass option to ON or OFF, as required.
