Enabling and disabling QUICK Auto Check-In

QUICK auto check-in allows a staff member to check a client into a booked service directly from the search field in the Top Nav Bar. If a client has multiple services booked for the day, the staff member must check the client into the selected service manually from the client’s profile. Staff members can enable or disable QUICK auto check-in from the search field in the Top Nav Bar.

NoteEnabling the QUICK Auto Check-In option will automatically enable the Lock Search Bar option, stopping the search bar from minimizing when not in use. The Lock Search Bar option cannot be disabled if QUICK auto check-in is enabled.

To enable or disable QUICK auto check-in:

  1. On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button The Search button on the Top Nav Bar..
  2. To the right of the search bar, click the Search options button Search options button in the Top Nav Bar..
    • To enable QUICK auto check-in, set the QUICK Auto Check-In option to ON.
    • To disable QUICK auto check-in, set the QUICK Auto Check-In option to OFF.
