Enabling commission for staff members at checkout

Before a staff member can earn commission for their sales at checkout, the staff commission option must be enabled.

NoteCurrently, when a client uses a membership to pay for a visit, commission pay rates will not be applied unless the client is attending a Class and using a membership with a set Approximate revenue per session value under the Revenue & Staff Payroll Calculation heading of the membership’s setup. For more information, see Adding a rate of commission to a membership.

To enable commission for staff members at checkout:

  1. Click the App Drawer button .
  2. In the App Drawer, click Setup.
  3. On the Setup menu, click Store Configuration.
  4. On the Store Configuration menu, click Store Settings.
  5. Under Staff Commission, set the Staff commission can be applied at checkout option to ON.

  1. Click SAVE.
