Enabling or disabling payment methods

All default payment methods available in WellnessLiving are enabled by default. You can enable or disable any of your default or custom payment methods payment methods, as well as configure which credit card types are accepted at your business.These payment methods apply to both your online store and POS terminals at your business.

NoteA disabled custom payment method will not be available for clients to use or add to their account. If a client already has a custom payment added to their account and it is disabled, the payment method will be visible on their account but it will be unavailable for use.

To enable or disable payment methods:

  1. Click the App Drawer button .
  2. In the App Drawer, click Setup.
  3. On the Setup menu, click Store Configuration.
  4. On the Store Configuration menu, click Store Settings.
  5. Under Payment Methods, click each payment method you want to enable or disable. Enabled default payment methods appear in blue, enabled custom payment methods appear in green, and disabled payment methods appear in gray.
  6. Your changes are saved automatically.

To configure which credit cards are accepted at your business:

  1. Click the App Drawer buttonĀ .
  2. In the App Drawer, click Setup.
  3. On the Setup menu, click Store Configuration.
  4. On the Store Configuration menu, click Store Settings.
  5. Under Accepted Credit Cards, set each option to ON or OFF. Credit card types set to OFF cannot be used to make purchases.
  6. Click SAVE.
