Event Analysis Details Report

The Event Analysis Details Report is an attendance report that displays detailed information about events scheduled during the selected date range. This report can be used to gain a detailed picture of your event activity.

    To view the Event Analysis Details Report:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click Reports.
    3. On the Reports menu, click Attendance.
    4. On the Attendance menu, click Event Analysis Details. The Event Analysis Details Report is displayed.

    Headings in the Event Analysis Details Report

    Heading Description
    Service Name The name of the event.
    Staff The staff member that this event was scheduled with.
    Location The location that this event was scheduled at.
    Date The date of the scheduled event.
    Time The time of the scheduled event.
    Attended The number of clients who attended the event.
    Booked The number of clients who booked a spot at this event.
    Late Cancels The number of clients who did not attend the event citing the reason late cancel.
    No Shows The number of clients who did not attend the event citing the reason no show.
    Capacity The total number of spots available in the Event.
    Utilization The utilization percentage of the Event indicates how full it is. This number is calculated by dividing the number of clients who attended the Event by the total number of spots available in the Event (the number in the Capacity column). If you are using the report to view an Event that is scheduled to take place at a future date, the utilization percentage will be calculated using the number of clients who have booked the Event.

    Advanced filters in the Event Analysis Details Report

    Filters Description
    Client Status Use this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on whether they currently have an active Purchase Option.
    Check-in Status Use this filter to determine whether to include check-ins, late cancels, pending check-ins, or no shows in the report.
    Time Use this filter to determine which instances to include in the report based on the specific time range during which they occurred.
    Day of the Week Use this filter to determine which day(s) of the week to include in the report.
    Events Use this filter to determine which Events to include in the report.
    Client Types Use this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on their client type.
