Event Analysis Report

The Event Analysis Report is an attendance report that displays booking, scheduling, and attendance numbers for your Events during the selected date range. This report can be used to discover an overview of your Event activity.

This article describes how to view the Event Analysis Report and provides details of the columns that appear in the report. To learn how to customize and filter the report, see Viewing a report.

    To view the Event Analysis Report:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click Reports.
    3. On the Reports menu, click Attendance.
    4. On the Attendance menu, click Event Analysis. The Event Analysis Report is displayed.

    Headings in the Event Analysis Report

    Heading Description
    Service Name The name of the Event is listed in this column.
    Scheduled The number of Events of this type that have been scheduled during the selected date range.
    Attended The number of clients that have attended Events of this type during the selected date range.
    Booked The number of clients that have booked a spot at Events of this type during the selected date range. After the scheduled time for an upcoming booked Event has passed, it will move to either the Pending, Late Cancel, No Show, or Attended column.
    Late Cancels The number of clients that did not attend the Event due to late cancel during the selected date range.
    Pending The number of unconfirmed clients that are expected to attend the Event during the selected date range.
    NoteThe status of the service type that is automatically assigned to clients after the scheduled time of a service has passed depends on the default status set in your business policy settings.
    No Shows The number of clients that did not attend the Event due to no show during the selected date range.
    Capacity The total number of spots available in the Event.
    Utilization The utilization percentage of the Event indicates how full it is. This number is calculated by dividing the number of clients who attended the Event by the total number of spots available in the Event (the number in the Capacity column). If you are using the report to view an Event that is scheduled to take place at a future date, the utilization percentage will be calculated using the number of clients who have booked the Event.

    Advanced filters in the Event Analysis Report

    Filter Description
    Staff Use this filter to determine which staff members to include in the report.
    Check-in Status Use this filter to determine whether to include check-ins, late cancels, pending check-ins, or no shows in the report.
    Start Time Range Use this filter to determine which Events to include in the report based on the specific time range during which they occurred.
    Day of the Week Use this filter to determine which Events to include in this report based on the day(s) of the week they occurred.
    Events Use this filter to determine which Events to include in the report.
    Locations Use this filter to determine which business location(s) to include in the report.
    Client Types Use this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on their client type.
    Include Empty Sessions Use this filter to determine whether to include Events with no attendees in the report.
