FAQ: How do I convert a session pass to a membership?

If you want to convert a client’s Purchase Option to a different type (e.g., session pass to membership), the best way to approach this is to manually refund the original Purchase Option to the client’s account, which results in a positive account balance, and later sell them the new Purchase Option in the store using the account balance. Additional payment methods can also be added if the current account balance doesn’t cover the cost of the membership.
