FAQ: How do I edit a transaction?

Staff members cannot edit transactions in WellnessLiving. To make a change to a transaction that has occurred, you must void or refund the transaction, then make a new sale. You can void a transaction when it has not yet been batched. For more information, see Voiding a transaction. If a transaction has been batched, you must refund the transaction.
