Currently, Zoom is the only hosting platform for virtual services that can be directly integrated with WellnessLiving. If you prefer to host your virtual services on a different platform, you can configure your Appointments, Classes, or Events to include a link to the non-integrated platform.
- First, set up your service for virtual hosting. During this setup process, you must configure the service as a non-integrated virtual service under the advanced settings.
- Once the service is configured, you can start scheduling sessions. Every time you book an Appointment, schedule a Class, or schedule an instance of an Event, you must add the link to your hosting platform.
- Once the sessions are booked, staff members can host the virtual service from the schedule or from the attendance list, and clients can join the service from their own schedule or from links in their notification emails.
