The Verified customer badge 
that appears with a review on your WellnessLiving Explorer listing indicates that the client who left the review has met both of the following conditions:
- The client made a purchase from your business.
- The client attended one of your business’s services.
The Verified customer badge is a WellnessLiving feature and isn’t related to Google reviews.
NoteChanges to a client’s verified customer status won’t affect their existing reviews. For example, if a client left a review before they were considered a verified customer and later becomes a verified customer through their activity or when their client profile is merged, the existing review won’t change to include the Verified customer badge .
