FAQ: What is the difference between an enrollment list and attendance list?

Unlike Classes, which only have attendance lists, Events have both attendance lists and enrollment lists.

Each individual session in an Event instance has an attendance list. This list displays client information including their name, age, gender, remaining visits, how they paid for the session, who booked them into the session, and their check-in status. From the attendance list, staff members can add or remove clients from the session, change a client’s check-in status, and navigate to the store to charge the client if they booked the session without paying.

Each Event instance also has an enrollment list. This list displays a brief overview of client attendance for each scheduled session in an Event instance, which includes the clients’ names, their check-in status, and whether they have paid for the sessions. From the enrollment list, staff members can add or remove clients from the entire Event instance and navigate to the attendance list for each session in the Event instance.
