FAQ: Why are my available booking times placed at unexpected intervals?

The available booking times when booking an Appointment are staggered based on the set booking intervals for that Appointment. To avoid any empty spaces in your schedule, available booking times begin as soon as the Appointment can be booked. For example, if a staff member begins their shift at 8:10 and the booking interval for an Appointment is set to 15 minutes, available booking times for the Appointment will be at 8:10, 8:25, 8:40, and so on. Alternatively, if the staff member’s shift begins at 8:00, available booking times for the Appointment will be at 8:00, 8:15, 8:30, and so on.

If you want to change the spacing of your available booking times, complete the following:

  1. Check the Appointment’s settings. Review the duration, padding time, and booking intervals for the Appointment. If necessary, adjust these settings to resolve the issue.
  2. Check the staff member’s working hours and their available and unavailable time. If necessary, adjust these settings to resolve the issue.
