FitLIVE settings

You can configure your settings for FitLIVE directly through WellnessLiving. After you’ve set up your services for virtual hosting, you can configure the security, meeting options, and session recording settings for your FitLIVE virtual meetings. Any changes you make to the settings will be reflected in the current and upcoming scheduled FitLIVE sessions.

    To configure your FitLIVE settings:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click View All.
    3. In the list, click FitLIVE. You can filter the list by entering FitLIVE into the Search field.
    4. On the FitLIVE menu, click Settings.
    5. On the Settings page, click Security, Meeting Options, or Session Recording.
    6. On each page, select the settings you want for your FitLIVE sessions.
    7. Click SAVE.

    Security

    SettingDescription
    Enable waiting roomSet this option to ON if you want clients to have access to a waiting room before the virtual meeting begins.
    Include passcode in meeting linkSet this option to ON to make passcodes a requirement when joining a virtual meeting. The passcode will be embedded in the virtual meeting URL found in the client’s booking confirmation email, the Join button in Achieve Client App, and the Join Session button in Client Web App. This way, clients can join the meeting directly without needing to enter the passcode manually.

    Enable host video by defaultSet this option to ON if you want to start the virtual meeting with the host’s video turned on by default.
    Enable participant video by defaultSet this option to ON if you want to start the virtual meeting with the participants’ video turned on by default.
    Enable co-hostSet this option to ON to allow the host to add co-hosts. Co-hosts will share the same hosting privileges as the host in a virtual meeting.
    Mute participants by defaultSet this option to ON to mute the participants by default when they join a virtual meeting. Participants can mute or unmute themselves later during the virtual meeting.
    Prevent participants from sharing their screenSet this option to ON to remove the ability for participants to share their screen while in a virtual meeting.
    Enable meeting chatSet this option to ON to allow the hosts and participants to chat with others during a virtual meeting.
    Enable sound notification when someone joins or leavesSet this option to ON if you want to enable a sound notification when someone joins or leaves the meeting. The notification can be configured for Everyone or Hosts and co-hosts only, depending on your preference.

    Session recording

    SettingDescription
    Do not recordSelect this option to disable recordings of your FitLIVE sessions.
    Manual recordingSelect this option to allow the host to manually record FitLIVE sessions.
    When you select this option, you can enable one of the following options:

    • Save recording to local computer – Set this option to ON to allow the host to save a recording of a session to their computer after the session ends. The host must manually start the recording by clicking More, then clicking Record on this Computer.
    • Upload recording to FitVID on Demand – Set this option to ON so that recordings are automatically uploaded to FitVID on Demand. The host must manually start the recording by clicking More, then clicking Record to the Cloud.
      • When you enable this setting, you must select which attendance statuses clients are required to have to view recordings.

    Note If you haven’t already subscribed to FitVID on Demand, you won’t be able to enable this option.
    Automatic recordingSelect this option to automatically record FitLIVE sessions when meetings begin.

    When you select this option, you must select one of the following options:

    • Save recording to local computer – If you select this option, the host will be allowed to save a recording of a session to their computer after the session ends.
    • Upload recording to FitVID on Demand – If you select this option, session recordings will be automatically uploaded to FitVID on Demand when a session ends.
      • When you enable this setting, you must select which attendance statuses clients are required to have to view recordings.
