FitLIVE: Subscription plans and fees

WellnessLiving offers three subscription plans for FitLIVE. You can view the details of your subscription plan on the Subscription Plans page, such as the monthly fee, the number of active licenses you have, and more. To host multiple virtual services simultaneously at different locations, you will need to purchase additional FitLIVE licenses.

In this article:

To view your subscription plan:

1. Click the App Drawer button .
2. In the App Drawer, click View All.
3. In the list, click FitLIVE. You can filter the list by entering FitLIVE into the Search field.
4. On the FitLIVE menu, click Subscription Plans.

To upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan:

1. Click the App Drawer button .
2. In the App Drawer, click View All.
3. In the list, click FitLIVE. You can filter the list by entering FitLIVE into the Search field.
4. On the FitLIVE menu, click Subscription Plans.
5. On the Subscription Plans page, upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan:
   • To upgrade your subscription plan:
     1. Under Pricing Made Simple, click UPGRADE below the subscription plan you want to upgrade.
        • If you want to subscribe to the basic plan, click CONNECT and sign in to your Zoom account.
     2. In the confirmation popup, click Submit Payment.
   • To downgrade your subscription plan:
     1. Under the plan you want to downgrade to, click DOWNGRADE.
     2. In the confirmation popup, click Submit Payment.
