Franchise setting options

As a franchisor, you can push various setup options to your franchise locations. When you push a setting to a franchise location, that setting is duplicated and will replace the franchise location’s current settings. You may choose which settings are pushed and which locations receive the pushed settings. This feature ensures franchise locations offer a consistent experience to your clients.

NoteIf you push a setting to franchise location A, then make changes to the setting in your franchisor business before pushing it to franchise location B, franchise location A will not be affected by these changes.

NoteIf you modify an active Purchase Option and then push the modifications to a location, previously purchased versions of the Purchase Option will be affected by the modifications. However, if a client’s  individual Purchase Option was customized, their Purchase Option will not be affected.

Business

Available servicesThe services that you set to be available at your franchisor business can be pushed to your franchise locations. Services include Appointments, Classes, Events, BOOK-A-SPOT™ assets, and gym visits.
Business PoliciesYour franchisor’s business policies can be pushed to your franchise locations. Policies can relate to booking, wait lists, automatic attendance tracking, and staff policies.
Online WaiverThe online waiver you create for your franchisor business can be pushed to your franchise locations. This waiver must be agreed to by clients upon registration or when booking services for the first time.

When an Appointment is pushed to a franchise location, the Appointment will appear with the status Pushed Appointment in the Activity column in the franchisor business’s edit log. If the franchisor makes any changes to a pushed Appointment, the changes will be reflected in the franchise location’s edit log. 
ClassThe Classes offered at your franchisor business. You can push Classes offered at your franchisor business to your franchise locations. When a Class is pushed to a franchise location, the Class will appear with the status Pushed Class in the Activity column in the franchisor business’s edit log. If the franchisor makes any changes to pushed Class, the changes will be reflected in the franchise location’s edit log. 
EventThe Events offered at your franchisor business. You can push Events offered at your franchisor business to your franchise locations. When an Event is pushed to a franchise location, the Event will appear with the status Pushed Event in the Activity column in the franchisor business’s edit logIf the franchisor makes any changes to a pushed Event, the changes will be reflected in the franchise location’s edit log.
