Gift Cards Report

The Gift Cards Report is a sales report that displays detailed information about all of the gift cards that you have issued during the selected date range.

This article describes how to view the Gift Cards Report and provides details of the columns that appear in the report. To learn how to customize and filter the report, see Viewing a report.

NoteWalk-in Gift Cards cannot be tracked in this report.

    To view your Gift Cards Report:

    1. Click the App Drawer button .
    2. In the App Drawer, click Reports.
    3. On the Reports menu, click Sales.
    4. On the Sales menu, click Gift Cards. The Gift Cards Report is displayed.

    Headings in the Gift Cards Report

    Heading Description
    Purchase Date The date and time that the gift card was purchased at.
    Purchaser The name, email, phone number, and profile image of the client who purchased the gift card is listed in this column. Relevant details about this customer, such as pass status, waiver status, contract status, special notes, unpaid visits, and account balance will be noted here by small icons. Hover over any icon to learn more.
    Recipient If the recipient is already a client, their client information is displayed. If the recipient is not a client, the email address for the recipient is listed.
    Gift Card Number The ID number for the gift card.
    Expire Date The expiry date of the gift card. If the gift card is not set to expire, this column is blank.
    Redemption Date The active status of the gift card.
    Sale Amount The value of the gift card.
    Component The products and services included in the gift card. If the gift card is not a products and services type gift card, this column is blank.
    Action Click the arrow icon in this column to expand a menu. From this menu, you can click to send the gift card to the recipient email, view the gift card, or change the activation status.

    Advanced filters in the Gift Cards Report

    Filter Description
    Redemption Status Use this filter to determine which gift cards to include in the report based on whether they have or have not been redeemed.
    Redemption Date Use this filter to determine which gift cards to include in the report based on the date range during which they were redeemed.
    Sale Amount Use this filter to determine which gift cards to include in the report based on the price range of the gift card.
