Your business must have multiple Zoom licenses for your staff members to host more than one virtual service at the same time. The number of licenses you will need is equal to the number of virtual services you want to host at the same time. For example, if you want to virtually host five different services at the same time, you will need five Zoom licenses. The Users section on your Zoom dashboard will only show the user profile for a single license, even if you have purchased additional licenses. After purchasing a new license, you must assign it to a staff member in your Zoom account to allow more than one virtual service to be hosted at the same time.
