FAQ: How do I hide or show canceled services on the schedule?

You can choose to hide or show canceled services on your staff schedule individually per staff member.

If you want to hide or show canceled services on your schedule, you can do so by adjusting the Cancel sessions settings in your Schedule Look and Feel settings. For more information, see Look and Feel: Schedule settings.

Alternatively, you can hide or show canceled services by adjusting the View canceled sessions settings directly on your schedule. For more information, see Customizing the schedule individually per staff member.
