By default, only activated Purchase Options are displayed in the Purchase Options list. This means that if a Purchase Option has been deactivated, it will not be visible using the default filter settings.
To view a deactivated Purchase Option:
- Click the App Drawer button

- In the App Drawer, click Setup.
- On the Setup menu, click Store Configuration.
- On the Store Configuration menu, click Purchase Options.
- Click the Filter button

- Click Status.
- Click Inactive to view only inactive Purchase Options or click All to view both disabled and enabled Purchase Options.
- Click Apply Filter.
