Viewing a deactivated Purchase Option

By default, only activated Purchase Options are displayed in the Purchase Options list. This means that if a Purchase Option has been deactivated, it will not be visible using the default filter settings.

To view a deactivated Purchase Option:

  1. Click the App Drawer button .
  2. In the App Drawer, click Setup.
  3. On the Setup menu, click Store Configuration.
  4. On the Store Configuration, menu, click Purchase Options.
  5. Click the Filter button :
    1. Click Status.
    2. Click Inactive to view only inactive Purchase Options or click All to view both disabled and enabled Purchase Options.
    3. Click Apply Changes.
